To change an order: You may cancel it within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details.

2. Order Cancellations
Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours: Cancellations are still possible, but subject to a 10% cancellation fee (based on the order total).

3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds within 180 days from the delivery date. After this period, all sales are considered final.
✅ Eligible for Return/Refund:
Items received damaged or broken
Items significantly different from the original order (wrong design, size, or material)
You received the wrong item
Product does not match its description
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Items that are worn, washed, or altered
Damage not caused by our team
Items without original tags/packaging
Minor issues (e.g. loose threads) that are easily fixable
All returned items must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1 – Initiate Your Request Email us at support@urbanpulses.com with the following:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Photos of the item and the issue
Shipping label or receipt
Any relevant email communication
Step 2 – Await Our Approval We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions. Do not return items before receiving our confirmation.
Step 3 – Return the Item Ship the item using a reliable courier or postal service. Be sure to keep the tracking number.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Step 4 – Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the item:
Refunds are processed within 2 business days
You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost
For delays exceeding 10–15 days, please contact your bank or card provider
Lost/damaged returns: We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping
